Which HP Poly devices does Pexip work with?

Pexip works across the HP Poly portfolio, including the Studio X family (X30, X50, X52, X70, X72), Studio E and Studio P series, Trio C60 conference phones, and TC10/TC8 touch controllers. If you have HP Poly hardware in your fleet, Pexip can help it join more meetings on more platforms.

What's the difference between CloudConnect, PrivateConnect, and FedConnect?

All three offerings are powered by Pexip and built for different customer needs.

  • CloudConnect is the cloud-based option for multi-platform interop, ideal when you want speed and scale without on-prem infrastructure.

I'm currently on Poly Clariti. How does the migration to Pexip work?

The HP Services team plans and executes the migration end to end, from timeline planning through implementation, training, and ongoing support. Most customers complete the transition with limited or no downtime. How is this different from Direct Guest Join?

Pexip delivers a richer experience than Direct Guest Join. For Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms customers, Pexip adds features like dual-screen support and in-room content sharing. For Google Meet hardware customers, Pexip is the only solution that enables joining Teams meetings across all available devices, including Android and ChromeOS.
