All Pexip products are licensed as annual subscriptions, regardless of its deployment type (SaaS or self-hosted). Depending on product, licenses are available on a per-concurrent-call or per-room-device basis.

Do you support government and defense customers?

Absolutely. for US-based customers, Pexip offers the FedRAMP Authorized for Moderate Impact Level Government Cloud, specifically tailored for organizations utilizing Microsoft GCC and GCC High environments, ensuring necessary compliance and privacy controls are in place.

 

We also offer the only Microsoft-certified Cloud Video Interop (CVI) solution available in Microsoft Azure Government Community Cloud at Impact Levels (IL) 4-7 for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).

 

For European customers, both SaaS and Self-hosted options comply with GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and other local and regional relevant regulations to ensure compliance and your data security and privacy.

Which third-party video systems and platforms are supported?

Pexip supports all major SIP and H.323 standards-based video systems, including devices from Cisco, Poly, Lifesize, and others.

 

We also enable your Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) to join external meetings hosted on Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet with features including content sharing and dual screen support.

Can I use my committed Azure spend (MACC or CtC) with Pexip?

Yes. When you buy through Azure Marketplace, you can apply your existing Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) and other Microsoft spend commitments. You can also purchase Pexip through an authorized reseller. 

How long does implementation take?

For standard public cloud deployments, you can enable Cloud Video Interop services for your entire organization in as little as hours. For more complex environments, and depending on service and licensing types, provisioning can take as little as 24-48 hours. Full enterprise deployments, including private cloud or self-hosted options, are architected and deployed by Pexip professional services engineers, integration partners, and you, and typically take longer depending on complexity.

Is Pexip fully certified and supported by Microsoft?

Yes. Pexip is a top-tier Microsoft partner, a Certified Software partner, and one of only two certified solutions for Cloud Video Interop (CVI).

 

We have a close engineering and development relationship with Microsoft to ensure our interoperability products are compatible and up-to-date with Microsoft Teams. This ensures a seamless and reliable meeting experience.
