Which option is right for me?

I have an enterprise agreement with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.

Buying through a cloud marketplace may be your fastest route. You can leverage your existing contract and apply the spend toward your cloud commitment. Plus, you just get one invoice from your cloud provider, and Pexip is included on that. This route simplifies how you buy, pay, and manage your subscriptions.

I'd like to understand what is meant by Merchant of Record.

Pexip uses a Merchant of Record (MoR) to enable online transactions of products that are eligible for procurement directly from Pexip. Pexip uses PayPro Global as an MoR, and they are the legal entity that officially sells the licenses, and whose name appears on the buyer's credit card statement. When you check out and buy licenses directly from Pexip, the fine print will identify PayOPro Global, and its entities, as an authorized e-Commerce reseller.  The MoR assumes all financial and legal liability for the transaction, including calculating and remitting sales taxes (VAT, GST), handling currency conversions, and dealing with payment compliance, chargebacks, and refunds.
