Pexip has appointed Lauren Eustace as VP of Enterprise Sales and Alliances, Americas. The move brings enterprise sales and strategic partnerships under Lauren’s leadership, supporting the company’s ambitions to accelerate growth in a key market.
In her new role, Lauren takes on responsibility for Pexip's enterprise sales organization across the Americas, including sales strategy, go-to-market execution, and team performance. She will also continue to lead strategic alliance initiatives, drawing on established relationships with technology partners including Microsoft, HP, Logitech, and Zoom.
The expanded role is part of Pexip's continued investment in the Americas, where demand for secure, flexible collaboration solutions is creating new opportunities across enterprise and public sector markets.
Connecting partnerships with customer opportunities
Having worked extensively across channel sales, strategic alliances, and go-to-market development, Lauren sees an opportunity to bring established partner relationships closer to the needs of customers and sales teams.
"There's a lot we can build on," she explains. "We have strong partnerships, existing customer relationships, and solutions that address what the market is asking for. It's about bringing those pieces together and making it easier for our teams to deliver."
She also sees growing opportunities for Pexip Secure Meetings, as enterprise customers increasingly seek greater control over their communications technology and more flexibility in how secure collaboration is deployed.
A career built on finding opportunities
Lauren brings nearly 14 years of experience in the video collaboration industry. She joined Videxio in 2016, before its merger with Pexip, and has since held several leadership positions across channel sales and strategic partnerships.
Throughout her career at Pexip, she has helped establish and expand initiatives spanning business development, customer success, channel sales, and global go-to-market programs. It's a career path shaped as much by identifying opportunities as by taking on new responsibilities.
"One of the things I've always appreciated about Pexip is that you're encouraged to find gaps and figure out how to address them. You can come in with an idea, test it, learn from it, and, if it works, take it further. I've been given a lot of opportunities to do exactly that,” says Lauren.
Lauren has also participated in Pexip's internal leadership development program, which brings emerging leaders together with senior executives and board members to develop their capabilities and understanding of the business. Now, she is bringing that experience to a larger commercial organization, with a clear focus on helping her team capitalize on new opportunities.
"There's a lot of trust already built with our partners, our customers, and our sales teams,” adds Lauren. “That foundation helps us see what's working, identify opportunities, and make things happen."
