Pexip Infinity v39 has landed, bringing with it personal layouts, sharpened security features, more join options, and the same trusted experience Pexip is known for.

Personal layouts: now generally available
Personal layouts are now generally available in Pexip meetings. This update lets participants and guests select their own preferred layout, without changing it for anyone else in the meeting.
Stronger security and compliance by default
Pexip Infinity now enforces stronger default PIN code settings for both hosts and guests, aligning with certification standards and reinforcing its position as a trusted platform for secure collaboration.
Live captions now show who’s speaking
The active speaker’s name now appears with the live caption, making it easier to follow conversations and understand the context of the caption – especially in larger or multi-speaker meetings.
Smarter management and meeting controls
The Meeting Manager, designed for hosts and moderators, now includes breakout room support. This gives organizers greater visibility and management options across parallel sessions, especially convenient for larger, more structured meetings, such as workshops and secure multi-team briefings.
Easier joining and navigation
This release streamlines the meeting workflow, giving participants simple, built-in options for how they join or present. And for larger sessions, new participant list features such as search help you quickly find people and stay organized, giving hosts more control throughout the meeting.
More accessible and privacy-conscious
Other updates in this release focus on accessibility and user trust. When the camera is disabled, it now releases the camera, turning off the green light and reinforcing user confidence that their video is truly off.
In-conference clock and timer (tech preview)
We’re introducing an in-conference clock and timer that displays the exact time or elapsed duration directly in the video feed, ensuring the meeting record remains continuous and verifiable. Designed for organizations that require proof of meeting integrity, such as in defense, legal, or government settings, Infinity delivers a trusted timeline of the conversation.
