Pexip User Forum - Northern Europe 2026
High-trust collaboration
in the age of digital distrust
Join public sector IT and collaboration experts and leaders to advance secure, sovereign collaboration in Europe today.
About the event
Across Europe, public sector organizations are accelerating the shift toward sovereign IT and greater control over digital infrastructure.
Geopolitical tension, extraterritorial legislation such as FISA and the U.S. CLOUD Act, and reliance on global hyperscalers have elevated digital communication to a matter of national capability. At the same time, AI is accelerating both opportunity and risk. Deepfakes, automated attacks, and AI-driven manipulation are increasing pressure on governments to secure sensitive conversations, and to ensure those conversations remain under their control.
At the Pexip User Forum 2026, experts from government, defense, healthcare, and technology sectors will share practical experience in building secure, sovereign, and interoperable collaboration environments that support critical work.
What you'll learn:
- What sovereign digital collaboration means in today’s regulatory and geopolitical landscape.
- How to meet national and EU compliance requirements while retaining jurisdictional control.
- How to combine sovereignty with interoperability across platforms and partners.
- How to strengthen resilience against AI-driven and emerging threats.
- Real-world examples from public sector organizations operating in high-trust environments.

- Public sector, defense, and healthcare leaders responsible for secure and sovereign communication
- CIOs, CISOs, and IT architects shaping European digital infrastructure strategies
